Privacy Policy

The app collects your GPS location while you are actively using the Driver Mode feature. Location data is used to:

• Display your real-time position to fleet administrators on the live map
• Track progress through delivery stops
• Record arrival and departure times at delivery locations

Location tracking is only active during an active driving session and stops when you exit Driver Mode. We do not track your location outside of the app or when the app is in the background.

You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Doing so will disable live tracking features but will not prevent you from using other parts of the app.

The app requests access to your device's camera and photo library for the following purposes:

• Capturing proof-of-delivery photos at each drop location
• Recording recipient signatures on delivery completion

Photos are only taken when you explicitly initiate the action within the app (e.g., tapping "Take Photo" or "Capture Signature"). The app does not access your camera or photo library at any other time.

Captured images are uploaded securely and associated with the corresponding delivery job. Administrators can view these photos as part of job records. You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings.

All data collected by this app is stored securely on our cloud platform. This includes:

• Driver profiles (name, ID, contact details)
• GPS location history during active sessions
• Delivery job records (routes, stops, timestamps)
• Proof-of-delivery photos and signatures
• Vehicle check records and maintenance logs
• Driver training and compliance records

Data is stored for operational and compliance purposes, including transport records required under UK road haulage regulations. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties outside of our platform provider.

Access to stored data is restricted to authorised administrators and transport planners within A Hingley Transport Brierley Hill Ltd.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored within this application. To request data removal:
